At Comanche Storage how many units do you have and what range of storage unit sizes do you offer?
We have 120 units ranging in size from 4' x 5' to 10' x 20'.
What are my actual move-in costs?
First month's rent and a Security Deposit equal to one months rent.
Do I need insurance for my stored property?
We insure the buildings but not the contents. Check with your homeowners or renters insurance to see if your stored property is covered by your policy.
What can’t I store at Comanche Storage?
Common sense and state laws determine what can be stored. Since you alone have access to your space, do not store anything that needs a controlled environment. This would include live animals and plants, explosive or flammable items, toxic materials, food, or liquids. Do not tempt unwanted critters with food, candles, dried flowers or your favorite sweater.
How do I prevent damage from pests?
We do not allow storage of food items or items that may freeze. We do not have a problem with pests!
What hours is the office open?
The hours vary with the needs of the customers and the time of year. Please leave a message on the voice mail as messages are checked regularly and your call will be returned promptly.

The owner/manager is Nate Dick. I am on-site and your satisfaction with your storage unit is our #1 goal. Call the phone number below to reach me at the office.
